It's hard to resist: Mashed potatoes with chicken wings!
Potato is always a good choice, especially mashed potato. It is perfect for those of you who don't have much time to prepare supper. This dish is not a philosophy and what's more - It's super delicious!
I love the mushy structure and how well it melts in my mouth.
Mashed potatoes pair perfectly with chicken wings, so let's explore the flavours these ingredients create!
What do you need for this dish?
- 6 large potatoes
- a packet of chicken wings (depending on how many people there are)
- 2 small glasses of milk ( depending on how dense you want it to be)
- spices of your choice (I put salt, vegeta, oregano, curry, chilly)
- oil
Preparation process:
Put the potatoes in a pot, pour water over them and put them to cook for about one hour. Once they are softened, get them out of the boiling water and peel off the skin.
Put them in a cooking pan, get a potato masher and mash them. Then, put a little bit of oil, season them, pour the milk and put the pan on the stove. Stir with a spoon until well-fried.
The mashed potato is ready to serve.
The chicken wings are even easier to prepare. What you need is just have them defrosted, wash them with water, put oil over them, season them and put them in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
Just observe them not to get burned.
The chicken wings are ready to serve.
You can garnish your dish with whatever you prefer. I put mixed salad and ajvar.
Next step: Enjoy the delicious flavours you've created!🥰
